Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. In most cases, weekday orders are processed within 1 working day, while orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend may take a little longer. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 6–9 working days on average.
Because our fulfilment process begins quickly through an automated system, orders cannot usually be changed, cancelled, or refunded once they have been submitted. If your parcel has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and you’ll need to wait until it arrives before requesting a return.
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, with all original parts and packaging included, and must show only normal handling. Return shipping costs are not covered, so customers are responsible for sending the parcel back.
To request a return, please email info@shopelvanoire.com and include your order number, the reason for the return, and your full name and address. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, include a photo so the team can assist you as quickly as possible. Once approved, returns are processed within 7 working days.
