Can I return my order?

Yes. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be returned with all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received
• The item must show signs of normal handling only — damage resulting from misuse or mishandling is not covered
• Hygiene-sensitive items (such as earrings) must be thoroughly cleaned prior to return
• Any fault or defect must be reported as soon as it is identified upon receipt

We reserve the right to decline a return if we reasonably believe an item has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

How do I return my order?

To begin the return process, please email us at info@shopelvanoire.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• Your full name and delivery address
• Your reason for returning
• Photos of the item (required if the item is damaged or faulty)

Once we receive your request, we will respond with your return instructions and the correct return address.

Please do not send your return without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be guaranteed to be processed.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days. You will be notified by email once your return has been approved.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method only. No additional fees will be charged.

Please note that original delivery costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to provide a reason.

Important: Our orders are processed automatically the moment they are placed. Once dispatched, we are unable to cancel or intercept a shipment. If you wish to cancel, please wait until your order arrives and return it following the process above. You are welcome to notify us of your intention to cancel in advance at info@shopelvanoire.com.

Extended delivery times: Élva Noire fulfils orders through an international logistics network. On occasion, delivery times may be longer than standard and are subject to factors outside of our direct control. If your order is still in transit, please wait for it to arrive before initiating a return — we appreciate your patience.

Refunds following withdrawal: Upon receipt and confirmation of your returned item, we will reimburse all payments made — excluding original delivery costs — within 14 days, using the same payment method used at checkout.
